Hello my beautiful readers, as I struggled little to nothing with skin problems. But what I know is that many people deal with skin problems. I am here to say that you do not need to feel bad because your skin at this moment of your life is not perfect. Noone’ is perfect. superstars are not perfect, Instagram models are not perfect, no one is.
However, there are some ways for you to keep your skin in good condition so it does not break, or produce a lot of acne.
1st step on how to have better skin
Oily skin is prone to acne, the more you stay in a place where there is a lot of dust, the more acne you will have.
Avoid at all cost oily products if your skin is already oily. Research, before you buy any, makeup, primer, or whatever you use for your face. Buy oil-free products.
2nd step on how to have better skin
Wash your face regularly, I usually use “Clinique” products to wash my face, there is a set of facewash which includes Liquid Soap, Clarifying Lotion, and moisturizing gel for oily to combination type of skin. But you can choose any brand you like. And make sure to look if it is the right for your type. Wash your face in the morning and evening when you remove your make up.
3rd step on how to have better skin
DRINK WATER. Drink water, I don’t know if I am stressing this enough but drink 3 liters of water a day. Take a big bottle of water with you everywhere you go. Your body and organs will thank you, and you will have great skin. Water is the key to everything. Water is life. it helps your skin breathe and removes the toxins from your body. It’s a way of detox! Download a drink water reminder app and make sure you use it. You can add lemon, citrus, cherry, strawberry, cucumber, or whatever you like for a different taste if you are not used to drinking water.
4th step on how to have a better skin
Exfoliate, use homemade products or buy them. But Always use organic products to exfoliate. You can use brown sugar and water, you can use coconut, honey, and brown sugar, you can use coffee grounds, brown sugar and a bit of lemon. Moreover, it is better you use homemade exfoliators.
5th step on how to have better skin
Allergies, food allergies, test for that, what doesn’t help you. Food often is an indicator of acne and when you do the food allergies test you will discover what is good for you. And once you stop eating what is not good for you, you will feel the difference immediately.

Use organic homemade masks. Yes, I will post soon an article about DIY masks, but use organic ones. You will save money and also will feel better.
